Coco peat also known as Coco pith is 100% natural substance developed as a by-product in the coconut fiber extraction process.

Thanks to its unique properties of holding liquids and air, it had become the best natural soil conditioner. Furthermore, Coco peat is ideal to use as a soil less growing media in Greenhouse cultivation. Also identified as one of the best natural materials for animal bedding.

Coco peat was discovered in the early 1990’s creating a global market for this amazing product as an industry in
Sri Lanka.

USAGE AND BENEFITS

Environment friendly, biodegradable, and resistant to fungal and microbial activities, coco peat can be reused for up to 4-5 years.
High absorption property of Coco peat helps water and other fertilizer to hold within the media and release to the plant gradually.
Its porous structure assures improved soil aeration and conditions the soil for the plants to grow better.
Chopped husk chips are added as a value addition to our Coco peat product line.

SkyGrow Planter Bags

SkyGrow Planter bags are made of organic coco peat or coconut husk chips or a combination of both. In order to grow a single plant of your preferred type, water can be directly added to the UV-treated LDPE planter bag and leave it for a while until the coco peat gets hydrated. SkyGrow planter Bags are available in two standard sizes and can be customized to match any special requirement.
